Come to a Know Your Rights Workshop put on by the Santa Cruz Tenant Organizing Committee. The rent is too damn high in Santa Cruz! Students and residents are getting screwed over by their landlords while living conditions have only been getting worse. The good news is there are ways to fight back! Topics will include deposits, living conditions, and evictions.

This event will be accessible in English and Spanish.

The "City on the Hill" is where everyone except maybe seniors should be required to live. Less students in town, means more available housing, means rent prices would drop to a more affordable level.
