SFPD executes Mario Woods (slow-motion)
Officer pumps Mario Woods full of bullets at close range while covered by the rest, seen in slow motion.
After this execution, the San Francisco police told ABC news that they were going through the video frame by frame (a video they did not plan to have) and looking for a reason to have used lethal force. They had to find something that would provide an excuse for this murder, after the fact. Now, they will tell us what this video means, by using their control of the media, and we are supposed to believe that black is white, if that's their conclusion.
The cops incriminate themselves with their own statements, and expect continued impunity. Get all the documents, and let the firings begin. In Chicago, NONE of the news organizations tried to get the dashcam video of Laquan McDonald's execution, though they knew it existed. It took a 13 month FOIA lawsuit by an independent reporter to pry loose the evidence - and it's more than just a video. It is a system of impunity and terror: shock troops of the class war.

The video uploaded that would not play originally had an "MP4" file extension but the video was actually an AVI file. After the filename was changed to AVI and re-uploaded, it worked. Please, make sure your file extensions match the actual file types you are uploading. Thanks.
The media file still appears to be problematic, however, in that the audio does not seem to be synced correctly with the video. The shots here are heard while Mario is still on camera, whereas in the original (see https://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2015/12/04/18780645.php#18780649) the shots are not heard until after the camera swings away. It appears that the video was made slo-mo but not the audio, so the two are out of sync here.

oops I usually get this right - I use a barebones system that needs each option set individually -
the files is actually and mp4 but the interleaving choice was AVI.
thanks for making it visible, if I have time I'll upload a correrctly processed version
