MARCH AND RALLY
RICHMOND BART STATION
WEST ENTRANCE, GATHER NEAR BART MART & DELI

SATURDAY, JUNE 27, 2015 - 11:00 AM

Join us to support the Perez family as they seek truth and justice for their only son, Richard “Pedie” Perez III, who was shot and killed by Richmond Police Officer Wallace Jensen on Sept 14, 2014. The police blame Pedie, saying he attacked Jensen, while the DA calls it “Justifiable Homicide.” We know the truth. We interviewed eyewitnesses who refute the police version. In killing an unarmed man, Officer Jensen has discredited his badge and the Department. In covering up the truth, the Police and the DA have discredited their Oath of Office. The people of Richmond expect and deserve better from their police and elected officials.

“I just want flat out justice . . . If the facts are that the cop did what I think he did, well, we don’t need cops like that.” — Rick Perez, Pedie’s father
