Remember this is the regional governmental agency that can and does levy property taxes. If you rent or you own a non-rental property, you pay property taxes. That is why this board of directors is elected ... taxation without representation an' all that.

The EBRPD is slowly progressing along its path towards its eventual goal of keeping undesirables out of their nature preserves. As such, they have been collecting all the military goodies that they can from the federales: armored vehicles, assualt rifles, grenade launchers, etc.
