Oakland to Baltimore Solidarity Shout Out from Oscar Grant Plaza, Oakland
Webb and a friend created a solidarity greeting for our sisters and brothers in Baltimore on May Day.
Created with "real wood" charcoal, "sidewalk chalk," and "sidewalk chalk dust paint," this piece is 14 by 21 feet and is for our Black brothers and sisters in Baltimore--we're thinking of you and agitating alongside you for a non-racist, non-deadly=force-happy, accountable police force. And for social and racial justice across the board.
