Leon Walras was a 19th Century French economist who detailed why socializing all land values was the correct thing to do; however, friends, neighbors, and family told him being right wasn't worth losing their rung on the ladder to becoming the 1%, so he dissembled.
Leon PHAT doesn't dissemble! Socialize land values!
Come along on a fast-paced walking tour survey of SF social movement and real estate history, and decide for yourself:
"Am I a dissembler or am I being , in V.I. Lenin's words, "as radical as reality?"
Walk sponsored by the Leon Phat for SF Mayor campaign.
