An investigative documentary that explores the potential long-term health effects from cell phone radiation, including brain cancer and infertility. This thought-provoking film examines the most recent scientific research and the challenges politicians face trying to pass cell phone safety legislation. Through interviews with expert researchers, major mobile associates, and prominent politicians, Mobilize presents a balanced and insightful observation about this unspoken health issue. The film will be followed by a Q&A with director Kevin Kunze, Ellie Marks (Director, California Brain Tumor Association), and Lloyd Morgan of the Environmental Health Trust.
On a related note, the Berkeley City Council will consider a cell phone safety right to know ordinance (first in the nation!) on Tuesday, April 7 at 7 pm at Old City Hall, 2134 MLK Jr. Way. See http://www.facebook.com/events/302508556586526
