Pro-Choice Demonstrations - Seaside/Monterey

Every Friday, anti-choice "protesters" show up at the Planned Parenthood in Seaside to harass womyn who are entering the clinic. During the 40 days of Lent they increase their efforts.

Targeting a clinic that provides healthcare services to low-income and marginalized communities is classist and racist, as well as sexist. We have decided that this harassment cannot go unchecked. Join us every Friday during this period to counter the harassment.

We are not engaging with anyone who is entering the clinic. If interested, individuals can volunteer directly with Planned Parenthood to become trained escorts for patients. The purpose of this demonstration is to challenge those who are harassing patients.

Join us during one or multiple shifts: 7:30am-10am or 10am-12pm on Feb 20, Feb 27, March 6, March 13, March 20, March 27.
