The cowardly NATO assassinations of Hezbollah's top commander Imad Mughniyeh (2008) and his son Jihad Mughniyeh (2015) which both took place outside any battlefield, highlights the criminal nature of colonial militarism which does not recognize 'military rules of engagement' because it has never had any legal grounds for being in the Middle East.
World War One eliminated the Ottoman Empire to pave the way for European colonial powers to try to take complete control of Middle East oil.

The
Balfour Declaration of 1917
which is an agreement between the British government
and the Zionist Federation paved the way
for World War Two, so that Occupied
Palestine could be populated with Europeans, so that it
would become the most heavily armed military garrison in the Middle
East for the colonial oil wars.
It really
is impossible for any European government to claim they did not know
these facts, and then particularly when you look at the extraordinary
actions of the newly formed UN in 1949.
The
British and Zionist Federation obviously needed to populate what would
become Occupied Palestine so that the
State of Israel could become the colonial powers military garrison in
the Middle East.

had considerable previous form having for example used white slave
labour to
create colonial settlements to occupy Australia, by
calling people 'convicts', which is an
only too familiar term the British 'government' illegally use against

the British government and Zionist Federation did not want Middle East
oil wars to enrich civilian populations anywhere, so they could not use
‘convicts’ to populate Occupied Palestine, because they knew if they
used people they had obviously exploited etc, such people would turn on
them.

reality is the illegal system of colonialism is a pyramid scheme solely
devoted to murdering anyone to make money for big business, with dirty
money routinely laundered through roulette wheels like Switzerland and
the City of London.
In 1949
the newly created UN illegally declared
without missing a beat over the Nuremberg Trials
in 1946, that now an entire population of
Palestinian people did not “officially” exist or have any legal rights
as though a human Holocaust had never already taken place in Europe,
frankly since the turn of that century.
The
pretense that all
European governments were not involved in
targeting Jewish people who are not Zionists, was laid bare as the lie
it is, with their combined declaration as the newly formed UN, that
they would now target an entire civilian population of Palestinian
people.
While
European governments always target anyone
who disagrees with them, all European
governments had particular reason to make sure that Jewish people were
targeted.
All European governments stood to benefit from a European military garrison in the Middle East as indeed did all the Zionists, who have nothing whatsoever to do with Judaism.
That military
garrison called Israel had to be populated by real people who were
heavily armed if European governments and then the US were going to
steal Middle East oil.
Whether it
was EU ‘governments’ or their UN, they were all laying waste to
civilian human life everywhere in their quest for the colonial West to
control Middle East oil, by holding the biggest guns to the heads of as
many civilian populations as possible through divide and rule.

my own eyes the US warships evacuating their military out of Beirut in
February 1984, when I was a young
woman the same age as Imad Mughniyeh.
From the
moment of the 1983 barracks bombings which shocked NATO ‘governments’,
Imad Mughniyeh became the focus of American and Israeli 'governments'
because he was part of a wider Middle East resistance that recognized
the weakness of NATO military firepower.

powers and their news media propagandists found any excuse to blame
Imad Mughniyeh for anything, to try to distract from the fact that
colonial powers had no legal grounds to be in the Middle East, full
stop.
The illegal
targeting of Imad Mughniyeh continued for many years.
The US 'government' invented numerous legislative wheezes in the US, to try and extort 'compensation' money from Iran over the barracks bombings through civil claims that frankly lack any legal merit.
The US 'government' and their 'Judges' had to 'overlook' the only important fact in society's rule of law (which should never be conflated with corporate legislative wheezes) is that the US military never had any legal grounds for ever being in the Middle East.
As
our own unarmed civilian resistance has proved
colonial legislative revenue raising wheezes
can be repealed
because
they are simply not compatible with the
far wider law abiding society's rule of law.
It is
illustrative that Bush incredibly named Imad Mughniyeh on a hit list of
the US most wanted following 9/11.
This was
despite it being admitted that 9/11 was nothing to do with Hezbollah,
while all the evidence honest people would use in a court of law shows
Al-Qaeda has everything to do with the CIA who invented the Al-Qaeda
bogeyman.
9/11 and
the Beirut barracks bombings could not be more different.
The 1983
barracks bombings targeted colonial military installations that were
illegally in Lebanon.
The fact
that Bush named Imad Mughniyeh on his most wanted list showed that the
real target of colonial powers was Iranian led resistance to
colonialism, not Al-Qaeda who were nothing more than foul colonial
mercenaries in Afghanistan.
It is self
evident that governments who will wreak two World Wars on their own
civilian populations, really are not bothered with committing 9/11 that
only US people who did not experience these wars in the lands they had
occupied, could be so blind not to see.
Saddam was
of no more use to NATO when he failed to overthrow the Iranian
government, before being encouraged to take back Kuwait, while 9/11
makes a point of ignoring the fact that Denis Halliday at the UN had
highlighted that the murder of 500,000
Iraqi children through illegal sanctions on Iraq was Genocide.
The US
& UK 'governments' were running out of time in terms of
covering up and continuing the illegal sanctions on Iraq, which was
already Genocide because they did not
want a new Iraqi government which would obviously be allied with Iran.
NATO
illegally used 9/11 to distract people from the murder of 500,000
Iraqi children, by invading Afghanistan to put distance
between Russia and Iran before embarking on the invasion of Iraq to try
and isolate Iran.

People
around the world however had wised up enough to what was going on, by
the time the Iraq War was mooted and millions of civilians from all around the
world opposed the illegal war in Iraq,
which has caused NATO no end of continuing problems since February
2003, because NATO 'governments' never changed those millions of
civilians minds.

invaded Lebanon in 2006 but Hezbollah
once again proved their resilience as resistance.
The CIA

Imad
Muhyniyeh was assassinated, because they could not put him on trial for
anything, not least because it is NATO who have no legal grounds to be

In fact, Hezbollah and Iran have exposed the reality is the CIA & Mossad carry out cowardly assassinations off the battle-field, which highlights the very dangerous fact that it is colonial powers who do not recognize anywhere as being outside their battle-ground.
It is not by happenstance there has been an overwhelming silence from NATO 'government' and 'news' media propagandists over the complete absence of legal grounds for Israeli and US military attacks on sovereign Syrian territory.
