Take Back Santa Cruz makes (death) threats against homeless advocate Dr. John Cohen-Colby
On Friday, December 20th, 2014 Take Back Santa Cruz (TBSC) hate mongers who have been stalking me since 2012 — when I was first targeted with death threats on the Santa Cruz Topix Forums which I reported to U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ) Fair Housing Investigator Jonathan Teitel, to HUD Office of Inspector General (HUD OIG) Special Agent Richard Salom and to the San Francisco FBI Duty Agent — made another death threat on Topix against me as well as someone leaving a threatening note underneath the front doormat of my secret residence (whose location had only been reported to the FBI), after I contacted their Washington D.C. tip line about the domestic terror attack on over twenty cars in Aptos, California, which confidential information led me to believe TBSC is an armed domestic terrorist group who I believe was responsible for the Aptos attack.
Furthermore, I reported to the FBI that TBSC has infiltrated Santa Cruz government and local law enforcement agencies like the Santa Cruz Police Department (SCPD). My sister and I infiltrated TBSC affiliated Facebook groups and noted SCPD officers who were members in them or friends of TBSC members. We believe SCPD Deputy Chief Steve Clark is the direct SCPD connection — which I will explain in a later article about PredPol.com and predictive policing — to TBSC, its founder Analicia Cube and her father Colonel Ed Lesnowicz. This would explain why the SCPD refuses to inform me (in writing) how they plan to protect me: they are completely ignoring me, forcing me to appeal directly to the federal government for intervention.

re: Take Back Santa Cruz tracks me down to my home, threatening to kill me, opening criminal violation of civil rights campaign
I communicated with the FBI about Take Back Santa Cruz (TBSC) being a domestic terror group, connected to the U.S. military through Col. Ed Lebnowicz, which has infiltrated the Santa Cruz Police Department (SCPD), the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Office (SCSO), the Santa Cruz City Council which has TBSC members, the County of Santa Cruz which contracted with The Clean Team (a TBSC incestuous twin which shares common members), with The John Stewart Company through Mission Gardens criminal Robin Jansen (who is a TBSC member) and Maya Powis (JSCO Regional Supervisor in TBSC members' Facebook group Santa Cruz Hall of Shame), and with PredPol which is connected to alleged TBSC supported County Supervisor Ryan Coonerty, alleged SCPD TBSC operative Steve Clark and alleged TBSC supporter Zach Friend involved with them in apparent fraud, cronyism and political corruption.
As per the forwarded email, TBSC stalkers conspired yesterday with (death) threats to terrorize me, cause me physical and emotional harm, exacerbate my disabilities, impede my advocacy for disabled homeless people, and to scare my landlord so that they would evict me, making me homeless.
On Friday afternoon, TBSC member Ed Natol made a cryptic post portending an expected event which he was gloating about. On Friday night, a death threat appeared on the Topix Santa Cruz Forum. Then when I returned home on Saturday after visiting my sister, I found the threatening note beneath more doorstep. How did TBSC discover where I lived? I had only given’t out my address to the FBI to ensure my safety. They must have tailed my sister (who was looking for a tail and parked around the corner from where I live). They might have employed a private investigator. This mirrors other events where TBSC members have taken our pictures, video recorded us and tried to break into my sister’s apartment while claiming that she was stalking TBSC on Facebook.
The SCPD claimed they took criminal reports for these incidents, but we don’t trust they actually did until we see the reports in our hands. At Mission Garden, the SCPD often refused to complete criminal reports about crimes against us, misrepresented the facts to downplay threats, or outright denied us access to them.
This is a criminal conspiracy to deprive me and my disabled (homeless) clients of our civil rights.
It seems to be an attempt to interfere with me opening more federal law enforcement complaints and to interfere with ones which I have already opened. I fear TBSC will begin staking my disabled homeless clients like Kate Wenzell and Andrea Morgan. They are not at risk too, being especially vulnerable. Who will protect them from harm?
Since local government and local law enforcement may be complicit as well as wishing me harm for my lobbying the U.S. Senate to have the FBI investigate them for fraud, crime, abuse of power, criminal violations of civil rights under color of law, I ask the U.S. Senate, the USDOJ and the FBI to safeguard me immediately by placing me in a local safe house guarded by U.S. Marshall's, which should have been provided to me when the SCPD and the Santa Cruz City Council — connected to racketeer JSCO SVP Mari Tustin, a long time Santa Cruz Planning commissioner — endangered me by claiming to HUD's OIG that Mission Gardens was infested with teenage gangsters who were friends of fellow gangster Dax Lachica. I gathered public records proving he had been allowed to reside and return to Mission Gardens with the knowledge of the SCPD — my sister Patricia Colby witnessed Dax Lachica running from Carl Reimer's murder while the SCPD refused to acknowledge our witness testimony instead taking the testimony of Dax's friends and his mother Rory Lachica who all lied to coverup his involvement in the shooting.
Given the gravity and urgency of this situation, I ask that I be housed safely by Monday afternoon, December 22, 2014.

On Friday afternoon, TBSC member Ed Natol made a cryptic post portending an expected event which he was gloating about. On Friday night, a death threat appeared on the Topix Santa Cruz Forum. Then when I returned home on Saturday after visiting my sister, I found the threatening note beneath more doorstep. How did TBSC discover where I lived? I had only given’t out my address to the FBI to ensure my safety. They must have tailed my sister (who was looking for a tail and parked around the corner from where I live). They might have employed a private investigator. This mirrors other events where TBSC members have taken our pictures, video recorded us and tried to break into my sister’s apartment while claiming that she was stalking TBSC on Facebook.
The SCPD claimed they took criminal reports for these incidents, but we don’t trust they actually did until we see the reports in our hands. At Mission Garden, the SCPD often refused to complete criminal reports about crimes against us, misrepresented the facts to downplay threats, or outright denied us access to them.
This is a criminal conspiracy to deprive me and my disabled (homeless) clients of our civil rights.
It seems to be an attempt to interfere with me opening more federal law enforcement complaints and to interfere with ones which I have already opened. I fear TBSC will begin staking my disabled homeless clients like Kate Wenzell and Andrea Morgan. They are not at risk too, being especially vulnerable. Who will protect them from harm?
Since local government and local law enforcement may be complicit as well as wishing me harm for my lobbying the U.S. Senate to have the FBI investigate them for fraud, crime, abuse of power, criminal violations of civil rights under color of law, I ask the U.S. Senate, the USDOJ and the FBI to safeguard me immediately by placing me in a local safe house guarded by U.S. Marshall's, which should have been provided to me when the SCPD and the Santa Cruz City Council — connected to racketeer JSCO SVP Mari Tustin, a long time Santa Cruz Planning commissioner — endangered me by claiming to HUD's OIG that Mission Gardens was infested with teenage gangsters who were friends of fellow gangster Dax Lachica. I gathered public records proving he had been allowed to reside and return to Mission Gardens with the knowledge of the SCPD — my sister Patricia Colby witnessed Dax Lachica running from Carl Reimer's murder while the SCPD refused to acknowledge our witness testimony instead taking the testimony of Dax's friends and his mother Rory Lachica who all lied to coverup his involvement in the shooting.
Given the gravity and urgency of this situation, I ask that I be housed safely by Monday afternoon, December 22, 2014.

The reason I didn't respond was that I was in Kailua Kona and on a self imposed "turn off the wireless" vacation. Have to do that more often. The snorkeling off the pier is fantastic.
The "two and a half days" was how many days were left in the "16 in 16" fundraising that your other broken link was to, which did not fund btw.
The threats are actually happening! They are illegal and frightening. This terror campaign by core TBSC members is out of control. This isn't just happening to John and I but TBSC members are attacking us worse than others. I guess it is a compliment because we must be being effective in our fight for civil rights of all Americans including the disabled and homeless. This doesn't excuse threatening, stalking and terrorization of us by TBSC members!
What they are doing is criminal! These criminals acts are taking their toll on us, but as the criminal staking continues it will be reported to the authorities. Since the SCPD is not adequately taking care the problem; we have been forced to report all of the criminal stalking to the federal government. It is a real shame that the local police did not do their job in the beginning, so this has been allowed to escalate to such ridiculous and dangerous level!
It is a shame some ppl can't handle that others have a right to a differing opinion. As I have experienced in Steve Pleitch's FB group "Citizens for a Better Santa Cruz," certain TBSC members attack all ppl who don't agree with their true agenda—an anti-homeless hate agenda!
On nothing but false stories by drunks, drug addicts, drug dealers and WS surf gang members TBSC started to libel, cyberstalk and threaten my Brother and I. The only interaction that we had with the creators of TBSC was about the murder of Carl Reimer. When The John Stewart Company tried to pass the blame onto the city by claiming the Mission Garden Park belonged to the city, John gave the truth to TBSC. They had a "Positive Loitering" about the murder of Carl Reimer in reference to drugs, drinking and gangs that had been doing criminal activity for years in the MGA park. That was the only interaction we had with TBSC.
Suddenly TBSC member Tom Cunniff and fellow TBSC members started stalking and libeling John and I on Topix Santa Cruz. A lot of the information is based on made up stories by the handful of criminals who are responsible for all the drug activity in the park. Maybe TBSC organizers can explain why they got involved with drug criminals, drunks (DUI), and gang members—the very people they say they want to get removed from the community!
Interesting that TBSC's only connection to us is through criminal addicts who are destroying and endangering our community under the nose of the SCPD. The only reason I can think that SCPD is hiding criminals in Sec 8 is because the truth is too embarrassing or they made informants out of these criminals. Either way why should Sec 8 residents and the SAGE neighborhood be forced to be terrorized by criminals involved in drugs and gangs. Both us and the neighborhood have been appealing to the city and police to make our neighborhood safe. Is this not the same mission that TBSC states it is for?
We have evidence that proves that TBSC is connected with MGA criminals! John and I were both stalked by TBSC members who took our pictures by cell phones when we were downtown. TBSC Chrissy Brown stalked John at Food Not Bombs to take his picture. Another TBSC member stalked me to a HUFF meeting to take my picture. Thanks to HUFF member Becky Johnson's quick thinking she got his picture and license plate number. Bad for him because he and his vehicle fit a description of a silver trunk shooting paint balls and assaulting homeless people and RV/car dwellers by hitting them or their car windows to break them!
SCPD must have told them to stay away from us because they let us alone for a while. Then a TBSC member showed up at my personal resident that has illegally been posted all over Topix Santa Cruz. She trespassed onto my porch, illegally video-taped me, asked me "Why I was stalking TBSC on FB?", then when I tried to shut the door on her, this TBSC stalker forcibly shoved the door back into my face, and put her booted foot into my door so I couldn't shut the door. This is considered assult and breaking/entering. All this has been documented to SCPD, FBI, DOJ and 30 senators in congress.
TBSC people have been posting libel all over Facebook including Steve Pliech's "Citizens for a Better Santa Cruz." Both John and I left that group because of the stalking and libel by professed TBSC members. Yet they still stalk and libel us there as recently as last week. TBSC members on Topix have openly been talking about John's housing! So is it no surprise that he gets a threatening note at his residence. No body else in the community has been trying to find his residence or posting our addresses except for TBSC. All of their actions have been documented. All of their libel on forums that we don't post on have been documented. TBSC members including founder Analicia Cube in a paranoid manner think anyone on the internet who disagrees with TBSC is John and I. She committed libel threatening to sue John for being "Paul Mendoza" based on the say of a criminal drug and alcohol addict fellow MGA resident's say so. Same thing with TBSC stalking a person named "Kai." I have documented TBSC members posting in public forums stating they have been getting all their info from a certain criminal MGA resident.
Basically MGA criminals started a slander campaign on John and I, we fought back with the truth to advocate for ourselves. Then TBSC jumped into the bullying; Furthering the stalking by publishing slander (LIBEL) about us on numerous public forums as fact. Also using numerous members including attorney whom should know better!
This has been going on for over three years. Coming to the apex was them coming to our residences to threaten and terrorize us. TBSC doesn't understand when you post TRUTH it isn't slander. They can deny it all they want, but we have solid evidence. Others are coming forward with similar stories of stalking and libel to report to law eforcement. The city and police of Santa Cruz can no longer cover for TBSC's extra illegal activities. They can no longer hide that TBSC 's agenda is that of a domestic hate group! SCPD can no longer ignore that their vigilante activities against homeless, poor and activist are illegal. John and I are the victims—TBSC is the bully-perpetrators!
Why would you Nate and TBSC members take false stories from drunks and meth tweekers? Not really credible or reliable source especially since TBSC claims to be for public safety!
It has already been documented numerous times. His membership has been verified, and his postings on TBSC group threads have been screen shot. I have many friends who have also been stalked by the crazy members of TBSC. They have helped John and I gather evidence to counter TBSC lies or should I say cover-ups!
A large majority of the SC community want to see the crazies of TBSC go bye-bye. You can't remake history for your own connivence! Just like Molester Dylan Greiner wasn't a TBSC member either when he photographed and molested under age girls! I bet when the court records are outed the file will be full of TBSC members writing character support letters which got him a minor slap on the hand. All while he has destroyed the lives hundreds of young women!
All the core nuts do is lie and try to deny the truth. If they can be proven to lie about this basic fact—can you really trust them on anything! NO.
A lot of ppl in TBSC don't really know what illegal acts the small core is doing. Many members of TBSC would not approve of their criminal activities that SCPD and the city has turned a blind eye to! I have confidence that time will show who lies and who doesn't! Can't wait for that victory day!!!
