In recognition of Homelessness Awareness Month, Community Housing Partnership is hosting a symposium on breaking the cycle of homelessness in San Francisco and beyond.

Our panel, moderated by Fred Blackwell, CEO of the San Francisco Foundation, will include:

About Community Housing Partnership:

Community Housing Partnership is celebrating 25 years of helping homeless people secure housing and become self sufficient. To achieve this mission, Community Housing Partnership develops and operates high quality permanent affordable housing with comprehensive support services both on-site substance abuse and mental health treatment program to assist its tenants who struggle with those issues. Community Housing Partnership currently owns and/or operates thirteen housing sites that serve formerly homeless adults and families and has two new projects in the pipeline. Community Housing Partnership also engages its community in established self-sufficiency through to impactful departments: Social Enterprise & Workforce Services and the Community Organizing & Resident Engagement
