Long-time San Francisco poverty pimp James Tracy's exhaustive, exhausting and not-too-terribly honest account of how in love with the system liberals such as himself tried to butt-lick their way into City Hall, failed to do so, failed to learn anything from this, and have failed to make a difference. "Oh well," he might be expected to say, "It's a living.".
