Northern California Board Votes to Investigate Chemtrails Climate Geoengineering

On July 15th, 2014, more than 400 citizens from Northern California rallied to create the largest attendance ever at the Shasta County Supervisors chambers. The purpose of the meeting was to present information that proves there is a very dire heavy metal contamination and UV radiation issue across the Shasta County region (and the world). A list of 10 experts presented data to the board to confirm the legitimacy of the concerns being addressed. At the end of the presentation, the board voted unanimously to investigate the heavy metal contamination and passed supporting resolutions.

The Air Quality Management District Board voted unanimously to look further into the matter of nano aluminum environmental disaster caused by chemtrails, including an official DEMAND for a response. The Shasta County board voted to send information from the meeting to the Environmental Protection Agency and the California Air Resources Board, as well as legislators. Mark McCandish, former defense industry technician and consultant to Aerospace companies, designer and conceptual artisst - spoke of his concerns regarding what these sub-micron sized nano-particulates of aluminum can do to human and plant life. Nano particles are one-billionth of a meter. McCandish goes on to state that “if we had a nano particle 40-50 nanometers across, we could line up 50 of them to a single red blood cell.”

Nano-particulates are so small they adhere to any surface including roots of plants, trees and also animal and human lungs, and are capable of “slowly but surely shutting down biological processes.” Aluminum is added to jet fuel (metalized fuels) so it burns hotter, and as the forests and plants take up the aluminum they too will ignite easier and burn hotter.

“Alan Buckman, former USAF meteorologist, former Cal Fish and Game biologist (20 years) said he has never seen so much damage in our forests and felt it was directly related to these geoengineering nanoparticulates. It is a misconception that aluminum is freely available in nature, he said, “it should not be showing up in any significant amounts in nature.”

Francis Mangels, retired USFS biologist, said the bug populations were way down in Siskiyou County. Over the last four months he had dissected over 200 trout finding little if any bugs in their digestive system. Telling the board of supervisors that this is having a huge impact upon the trout populations.

“After studying water quality samples for the state of California stretching back some 30 years, Peterson found that starting from 1990, water sources were all registering unusual spikes in certain chemicals at precisely the same time, namely arsenic, barium, aluminum, calcium, manganese, magnesium, lead and iron.
