13 yr old Andy Lopez was killed by cop, Erick Gelhaus on Oct 22 2013. Andy had a toy gun, and was minding his own business when Gelhaus killed him with 7 shots in 11 seconds. On Mon July 7, district attorney, Jill Ravitch, announced the decision to make no charges at all against Gelhaus, effectively terrorizing all Latino youth in Santa Rosa. Cops are putting their hands on our children! We must not let this stand. Ravitch says justified, we say homicide. NO Justice- NO peace.
