From the beginnings of San Francisco in the 1850s, Jews have played a major role in the development of one of the finest cities in the world. All are welcome to explore San Francisco’s Jewish Heritage aboard the Mitzvah Cable Car with a tour of historic sites hosted by Rabbi Moshe Langer. The one-of-a-kind tour departs from Geary & Powell and concludes at the Jewish History Museum, visiting synagogues and sites in between such as the Haas Lilienthal House and the historic Concordia Argonaut Club around San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, Pacific Heights, The Financial and Fillmore Districts, North Beach and more. Perfect for ages 5 and up, creating awareness and fostering peace, goodness and kindness through Mitzvos.
