The Alameda County Peace and Freedom Party and Movement presents

Dirty Capitalism or EcoSocialism

With all of the wealth and technological capability that humans have developed, our health and the condition of our planet is increasingly threatened by pollution and destruction of the environment. At this month’s forum, we will discuss how this happened and what we can do about it. Presentations by Dr. Henry Clark of the West County Toxics Coalition on the impact of Chevron and other corporations on Richmond and other communities; Michael Rubin of System Change not Climate Change on the EcoSocialist movement; Marsha Feinland of the Peace and Freedom Party on the history of human interaction with the environment in California. Opening remarks will be followed by discussion from the floor.
