COMMUNITY FORUM on the Proposed Development for the
16th and MISSION PLAZA
WE CAN’T AFFORD THIS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
TOO EXPENSIVE
RENT: $3,500 - $5,000/month
TOO BIG
Largest market rate housing development in the history of the Mission
Will shadow Marshall Elementary for five months of school year
LEARN MORE about how this project will negatively impact neighborhood residents, community organizations, and mom and pop businesses.
BE PART of a community-based effort where the needs of people come before the needs of multimillion-dollar profits.
Hosted by the Plaza 16 Coalition
We are neighborhood residents, businesses, and community organizations from the 16th and Mission neighborhood and Mission District.
We believe in equitable development that creates healthy, vibrant, communities of opportunity. We believe this requires thoughtful, intentional, and community-based strategies to ensure that low-income communities and communities of color participate in and benefit from the decisions that shape our neighborhoods and transit-oriented development.
