Five large valley oaks to be cut this weekend to make way for a shopping center in Windsor
The developers are hurrying to cut these trees before resistance can be organized. They county approved the project after no one attended an inadequately announced public comment hearing. Many people have signed a petition to save these trees.
We are hoping to organize public resistance to stop the cutting of these 5 large valley oaks. It is a large lot, a shopping center with Oliver's and other stores, there is room to accommodate these trees. If you have ideas for a protest, would like to call Oliver's, etc. please contact me.
