In 2013 California received less rain than any year since 1850. What does Drought mean for Haight Ashbury and San Francisco residents? Mandatory rationing? Increased water rates? What about the future?
State agriculture uses 80% of state water. What about the Twin Tunnels project? Speakers include a representative from the SF PUC and Kevin Bayuk, HANC Board member and ecologist.
