Goals: Learn how rank and privilege influence conflict, communication, and relationships Become more comfortable talking about diversity issues Analyze and understand relationship tensions and conflicts related to human differences Intervene in groups and mediations when diversity issues arise Learn how to create more inclusive and welcoming environments Dates: 6-week course held on Wednesday evenings, February 5 – March 12, 2014.
