Port Of Oakland Truckers Shut Down Multiple Terminals During Morning Shift -- http://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2013/10/21/18745189.php
Picketers early in the morning before heavy police presence. Port truckers and supporters from the community joined forces to hold a picket line at multiple entrances for roughly three hours.
Later in the morning, at roughly 6:30 AM, officers from the Alameda County Sheriffs Office tried breaking the lines and blocked picketers while 2 scab trucks drove through the line.
Citing penal code 647c, ACSO officers then attacked the picket (hitting two picketers in the process) and blocked strikers from reentering the street to return picketing.
ACSO officers continued blocking truckers from picketing SSA terminals throughout the rest of the morning.
