On February 23rd, 2013 Gabriel Meyers was arrested counter demonstrating at an anti-immigration rally organized by white supremacists at the California State Capitol in Sacramento. Gabe is being charged with resisting arrest and needs court support! Monday will be one of the last days of trial, if not the last day, and it would be great to see faces of support. Court support shows Gabe that he is not alone, and also shows a jury that the community has got his back. The trial is taking place at the Gordon D. Schabler Sacramento County Courthouse at 720 9th Street, downtown Sacramento, in Dept. 21 beginning at 8:45AM on Monday, July 22nd, 2013. If you come, please dress appropriately and be respectful of the court and Gabe. No shouting, chanting, slogans or signs. Remember your actions in the courtroom could effect a jury's or judge's decision in Gabe's case. Gabe appreciates all the support he can get and loves to see faces of solidarity.
