This is a vigil in solidarity with the Japanese who are suffering from the effects of radiation from the Fukushima nuclear disaster. We will hold vigil and share information with any interested passersby, re: the disaster, its effects on the U.S., anti-nuclear activities here, radiation remediation and health.
We will meet at MacArthur BART station and stay for an hour and a half. We will be wearing hazmat suits and will have extras for you to wear, if you so choose.
