ATU 1555 BART workers picketed at the West Oakland Station and then went to protest against the management of BART at Cal-Trans where secret negotiations were taking place.

BART Striking ATU 1555 Picket, Speakout and Protest Against BART Board Of Directors
ATU 1555 striking 1555 BART members rallied and spoke out about the conditions they face on the job and the attack on them by BART management on July 3, 2013. Interviews were conducted on July 3, 2013 at the West Oakland BART station and the protest was at Cal Trans offices in Oakland where secret negotiations were taking place. The BART management was threatening to impose a concession contract. Workers also talked about the continued operation of AC Transit by ATU 192 members who continue to work despite the expiration of their contract.
