Victoria Law will present her new book ‘Resistance Behind Bars: The Struggles of Incarcerated Women’ (PM Press). ‘Resistance’ documents both collective organizing and individual resistance among women incarcerated in the U.S. Law’s book seeks to spark more discussion and research into the lives of imprisoned women and to build crucial outside support for their struggles. Copies of ‘Resistance’ will be on-hand. Our talks are free and open to the public.
