Drakes Bay Oyster Company Is Evicted.
A Federal Judge has given the Drakes Bay Oyster Farm until March 15th to remove its property and vacate the premises.
That area has been used to farm Oysters for 40 years, but a 1976 law states the area is to be returned to wilderness status. The judge also stated they cannot continue to operate while they vacate the premises. Which leads me to this, what about the Oysters?
