§It's Eric Nelson not Brian Hackett
by Robert Norse
Eric Nelson, who partnered with Jonathan Gettleman, in defending Linda Lemaster in her 647e ("illegal lodging" at Peace Camp 2010) is an attorney. Brian Hackett (who was on a previous Community TV panel on Sandra Leigh's Issues show) is attorney for Santa Cruz Eleven defendant Gabriella Ripplyphipps.

Sorry for any confusion and a tip of the hat to Linda Lemaster for bringing this error to my attention.
§To Be Perfectly Clear
by Robert Norse
Eric Nelson not Brian Hackett is on this panel.

The First Amendment audio was aired about 20-25 minutes later than scheduled (nearly 4 hours into the audio file).

The McHenry phone interview was moved a similar period later (nearly 5 hours into the audio file).

For anyone interested in hearing the audio file as an archive.

Sorry for any confusion.
