On Kashmir Speaks Huma Dar discusses the December 10 strikes and protest that took place in Kashmir to mark International Human Rights Day. In addition, Huma Dar discusses the media black out on the report Alleged Perpetrators that compiles evidence and names alleged perpetrators of human rights crimes in Kashmir.
