Ecology Action and PG&E will be conducting a FREE workshop for homeowners interested in learning about how to make their homes more energy efficient which can lower your utility bills, improve the comfort of your home, and protect the environment by saving energy. Homeowners will learn about how to participate in the Energy Upgrade California program, hear testimony from a local homeowner who has benefited from the program and meet local participating contractors.
