Police Corruption in South San Francisco & City Hall

by Eddie and JackieJo
South San Francisco City Attorney Steve Mattas said the code enforcement issues were legitimate. The city was in talks to buy the property at 415 Grand Avenue. Police stole the building in violation of State Law. The case leaves some open-ended questions about the City's involvement...

Pending lawsuit brings into light the unconstitutional act that the city of South San Francisco and the South San Francisco Police Department engaged in.

The damages at 415 Grand Avenue include wedding and event company that was shut down, wrongful removal of leased tenants including bike shop and organic community gardens... There was a wedding planned that weekend that hundreds of people were going to be coming to! The latino couple was very upset... I thought we had rights in the State of California -- protocol, due process. Police 602 trespassed a tenant from their own property. Given the value of the building, this is a breach of constitutional right to just compensation. Curtis offered her $1000, on tape. The video shows no evidence of any threat, and shows police officer M. Sadiki evicting tenants. Check out "Occupy Freedom South San Francisco" on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_kOOvWxwvU

We're reaching out to the community and we need your support. We need occupiers, volunteers to help us pass material, hand out food to the needy on certain days, that would like to volunteer their time with us in the Peninsula, Berkeley, and Oakland area. We also need solar panels for our occupy medic van, it's ready and on wheels. No one deserves this horrible cruelty like what they did to us. We are from humble roots, entrepreneurs and solidly part of the 99%.

Now that we are able to, we want to share the blessings with the rest of the community by giving back in compassion. It's about sharing and helping one another. That's what makes us special. Our work will inspire and educate a new generation of creative and harmony in our world; we invite you to participate as you are able with any generous donations. Together, we can stand up against corruption. Our humble gratitude as we work through this together ~~ Other wish list includes Tents, blankets for the poor, food, computers, office furniture, office space. Whatever comes from your heart-- it may be a penny, it may be ten dollars, undisclosed amount. Thank you. We are looking for teachers, retired attorneys, small business owners, medical response, occupiers, farmers, free thinkers, web designer, artists to share this rising-up against corruption in our new space.

We need retired attorneys and support for our continued legal expenses toward the case. Our dreams once they are fulfilled are to help the 99 and sharing our wealth.

Kevin Mullen is now running for District 22, State Assembly? This city official couldn't help us at the local level, now he's running for regional California level state assembly. Do we want an official that doesn't care for moms-and-pops business? That's in bed with the corporations?
