KPFA benefit Walking Tour

Date:
Saturday, September 29, 2012
Time:
9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Event Type:
Speaker
Organizer/Author:
David Giesen
Location Details:
American Youth Hostel

SF, CA 94105

Come along on a walking tour of San Francisco social justice history and make your contribution to keeping KPFA alive!

This tour is not produced by KPFA, but 100% of all proceeds will go to support the Bay Area's frontline people-powered radio station.

Along the way you'll get the short skinny on a raft of signal moments in populist advocacy in the City that lives in the fog!

The highlight will be a proposal for liberating the listening audience from pledge drives!

Visit http://www.HenryGeorgeHistoricalSociety.org for more details. Click on "Walking Tour."

$20 donation (to KPFA, of course) requested.
Added to the calendar on Mon, Sep 24, 2012 7:23PM
We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
