The young ladies behind The Goddess Project are back in San Francisco after their 5-month film journey across the country, which is dedicated to documenting the stories of phenomenal women across America. Making their way in an elaborately designed vegetable oil powered short bus, filmmakers Sara Landas and Holli Thomas are committed to showcasing “the many ways in which women are realizing their potential, overcoming their fears, and propelling our world into a new state of consciousness.”

The inspired duo launched their adventure in April and have since filmed over 100 interviews throughout the diverse landscapes of America. Starting in San Francisco, they have stopped in over 30 states interviewing artists, teachers, performers, business women, scholars, mothers, and grandmothers, and are still seeking more women to share their stories.

On Sunday, September 30th they are hosting a finale party to celebrate the end of their US tour in San Francisco. The Goddess Project invites anyone who would like to be a part of the film to show up in white for a magical sunset ceremony honoring the feminine in Dolores Park. The ceremony will be put on by communal efforts and will include various performances and a Q & A with the filmmakers about the project. Feel free to bring anything you would like to express yourself in celebrating the feminine!
