Daniel Simpson reads from his memoir about quitting his job at the New York Times in protest at their pro-war propaganda. He hoped to spark a Summer of Love, by running a music festival in Serbia. Instead he got embroiled with Balkan gangsters.
One reviewer calls his work "reminiscent of Hunter S. Thompson's... a compelling critique of the media, international politics, and, ultimately, the author himself."
