The City of Santa Cruz has been conducting a campaign attacking homeless people in the woods and along the river levee.
Hundreds of camps have been demolished and many have had their personal belongings trashed and more than 300 people have been issued citations.
Today we gather to brainstorm and plan our community response to this unacceptable behavior done in our name as Santa Cruz City and County residents.
