In Albany on Sunday Occupy the Farm activists weeded, watered, and harvested produce on the Gill tract, a fourteen-acre field next to University Village. (Video story: 6:24; interviews 4:33)

The decades-long legal/political battle over the tract has spawned camps. police raids, lawsuits, and retracted lawsuits. A referendum should be before Albany voters in the next election.
