The Forgotten Bomb follows Bud Ryan on his journey of discovery that begins with a life-changing trip to Hiroshima, Japan, where his encounters force him to question all that he thought he knew about nuclear weapons and the end of World War II. Bud leads us through an exploration of the many tentacles of nuclear weapons and their effects. Through interviews and tours of museums devoted to nuclear weapons in the U.S.and in Japan, Bud presents his personal narrative—how knowledge can inspire personal transformation and inspire one to devote a life to the pursuit of peace.
