Come have a pancake breakfast, buy books, and meet your neighbors!
Mark your calendars and join us at Tel-Hi's Breakfast for Books on Sunday, September 9!
Breakfast for Books features the following fun filled activities:
• Pancakes flipped by celebrity chefs including our very own local politicians, firefighters, police officers, and special Tel-Hi friends.
• Gently used book sale donated by neighborhood book connoisseurs all priced at $1!
• A fire engine visit by the San Francisco Fire Department and SFFD crew show off the fire engine, demonstrate fire gear, and give tips about fire safety.
• Special reading and story- telling by a renowned San Francisco children's books author and illustrator.
• Face-painting, book-mark making, and story-time.
• Special exhibits of masterpieces created by our very own pre-school, afterschool, and teen participants.
If you haven't been to Tel-Hi yet, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Breakfast and book sale starts at 9:00 am until noon. To purchase or reserve tickets, please e-mail cmahoney@tel-hi.org or call 415-421-6443 ext 27.
