The State of California and the Federal government officially announcing that they are moving full speed ahead to build a peripheral canal. Oops, they are calling it the peripheral tunnels. Whatever they call it it’s not a good thing.
On July 25, 2012 Governor Brown stepped up to the microphone to announce that he was there to “get shit done” and then let everyone know he was serious.
