Fair Sentencing For Woodlands Youth

Three young men are facing unfair sentences for being found in a car with a loaded assault weapon.

Most of us, unfortunately a lot of us do not have the resources to retain private attorney's to fight the Yolo County judicial system, most of the Public defenders do what they can but never go that extra mile that is needed. And when you have judges that are swayed by the DA that is on a power trip how can you win? Well that's what I am trying to do!! We have over 200 supporters for the 3 boys currently incarcerated in Yolo County. One of who has already been sentenced to 14 years in prison for a no victim non violent crime.We need more supporters!!!!!

We are not saying that committing a crime is ok, we are not asking they be exonerated, But we are demanding a fair sentence!!!

"I don't understand how they can sentence one man to 10 years of prison who was a known drug dealer and gang member for murdering a 17 year old in cold blood and turn around and sentence my son to 14 years for a non-violent crime." - Graciela Rodriguez.
