No date has been set for a Preliminary Hearing, but Brent Adams, Desiree Foster, Gabriella Ripley-Phipps, Becky Johnson, and Robert Norse were ordered to appear again on Friday, June 8th at 8:15 AM in Dept. 6 — this time probably before Judge Burdick, the primary judge on the case (and the one who has dismissed all charges against six of the defendants).
