Women's Magazine's Kate Raphael works as a word processor in a San Francisco law firm in her spare 37.5 hours a week. In 2007, she and former coworker Rosemary Lenihan interviewed more than a dozen of their fellow clerical workers about how they feel about the changing role of the "secretary" and the transformation of "National Secretaries' Day" into "Administrative Professionals Week."
