Event features a panel discussion regarding the current situation in Syria. Panelists will provide a historical and political context of Syria's role in the region and why resolution is so complex and important. The discussion will include the role of women and sectarianism as well as the international community's repsonse to date including the possibility of outside intervention. Please join us ror this important conversation.
Panelists include Stephen Zunes from the University of San Francisco and members of the Syrian American Council of Northern California.
