Recently it has come to my atten. that a friend of mine is facing serious felony charges for their actions in doing Graffiti. This person too is from Modesto & seems rather a contradiction that this person is facing these charges while this City is sponsering this event. Wake up Modesto. Your a hypocrite & don't support Graffiti artists. Your just trying to look cool!
