Still Waiting on SF Election Fraud
The local gossip rag, the newspaper of record for the capitalist class of Northern California, the San Francisco Chronicle, is clearly having second thoughts about the obvious political charges against sheriff Ross Mirkarimi, under the guise of domestic violence. We, the voters of San Francisco, are still waiting for the same district attorney to do something about mayor Ed Lee's campaign's well-documented election fraud, on video, and audio, in full public view, tampering with absentee ballots.

We, the voters of San Francisco, are still waiting for the same district attorney to do something about mayor Ed Lee's campaign's well-documented election fraud, on video, and audio, in full public view, tampering with absentee ballots.
So long as the charges are pending against Mirkarimi, a former Green and pro-tenant supervisor, and none against mayor Lee's campaign, a staunchly anti-tenant campaign, we can only assume that what the capitalist class fears is that Sheriff Mirkarimi will not go along with the election fraud that occurs in almost every mayor's race (1999, 2003, 2011), every election that calls for abolishing PG&E and mandating public power (2001 election) per the 1913 Raker Act, and of course, every election that has promotion of public funds for stadium swindles (1996 and 1997).
In case you missed the latest fixed election, the mayor's race of 2011 when a supposedly temporary mayor appointed by former mayor Gavin Newsom, who sat in office with election fraud and was protege of the notorious election frauder Willie Brown, decided to run for election, see:

There were also allegations of money-laundering by the Ed Lee campaign, in collaboration with a notorious eviction strongman, Archway Property Services, which terrorized tenants at apartments owned by CitiApartments. Archway asked its employees to contribute $500 each to Lee's campaign, claiming they would be reimbursed.

People are known by the company they keep. Willie Brown hosted an election party for Ed Lee at the Sheraton Palace on Election Night, 11/8/11, and was one of the people who urged Ed Lee to run for mayor. See

There are also other issues that makes one wonder what is really going on such as the fact that Mirkarimi is of Iranian and Russian descent, at a time when the US or its puppets plan to attack Iran to get the oil and surround the biggest mineral prize of all, Russia. His wife is from Venezuela which currently has a government the US government does not like. The current DA George Gascon, is a former Republican turned Democrat in 2011 so he could be elected DA in San Francisco, born in Havana, Cuba in 1954 to an anti-communist Cuban family, which left Cuba in 1967 (the revolution was in 1959).

Dozens of Domestic Violence advocates have asked Ross to step down, even a well-known community leader on Ross' transition team. But Ross refuses to do the common sense thing and tries to keep his selfish grip on political power. Power first, victims second, right Ross? Now Indymedia is not acting very independent. They are helping Ross circle the wagons. Friends first, victims rights second, right Indymedia?
If Ross Mirkarimi and his wife are not getting along, they should be encouraged to seek marriage counseling while Mirkarimi stays on the job, bringing home a much needed paycheck. Forcing him to loose his job, even temporarily, makes it all worse as he will not be able to feed his family. So far, we have a report of a bruise on the wife's arm and the wife is not cooperating with the police. The Chronicle had one article on Sunday, Jan 15, 2012, that described how difficult it is to win cases involving domestic violence. The 1/16/12 Chronicle has NO stories on these domestic violence charges. In the 1/14/12 Chronicle, in a story by John Wildermuth and Rachel Gordon, it was noted that Assistant Sheriff Michael Marcum was appointed to his position in 1993 knowing that he was a convicted felon who had served almost 7 years in prison for killing his abusive father in 1966. Mirkarimi faces misdemeanor charges which if proven true, still cannot cause him to be removed from office; only felony charges can do that.
Clearly, the point of the charges is to intimidate Mirkarimi to resign so as to install a sheriff more to the liking of election frauding, anti-rent control, organized crime thug Willie Brown, his ruling class patrons, and the police department. You will see in the 1/15/12 Chronicle that Willie Brown's gossip column calls for Mirkarimi to immediately resign. That is good cause for Mirkarimi NOT to resign.
Willie Brown's election frauding gang caused the death of a woman poll worker, Dolores Evans, and 5 children, on December 13, 1997, 10 days after the election fraud lawsuit was filed concerning the 49er Stadium Swindle of June 3, 1997. Evans and the children died in a mysterious fire in their Housing Authority home from which the fire inspector said they could have escaped, but someone stopped them. Where is the concern for the murder of a woman, Dolores Evans, and 5 children by Willie Brown's and the ruling class' election fraud team? Not in the San Francisco Chronicle.
Where is the concern for the constant election fraud, by definition fascism, in almost every election in San Francisco, including in the (s)election of their reactionary candidate for mayor, Ed Lee? Not in the San Francisco Chronicle.
If this extremely reactionary district attorney is stupid enough to go ahead with a trial on misdemeanor charges, he will have the circus he does not need, and clearly did not plan for. The plan was obviously to force the resignation of a duly elected official from office with a political frame-up, just as viciously anti-democratic as election fraud. If Mirkarimi allows this plan to go ahead, ANYONE else can be framed on just about ANY CHARGES.
