Whale poachers sue Sea Shepherd Conservation Society

Having taken an English major at UBC-- University of British Columbia, I can say with no hesitation, that Sea Shepard Conservation Society is telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Whale Poaching is exactly what the Japanese Whaling Fleet is engaged in, despite the World's Peoples Democracy as collective agree, to allow the whales a merciful area to recover and rebuild their various species, after hundreds of years of merciless commercial slaughter that drove them to near extinction.

This is the formation of the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctury, a much needed respite for these magnificent intelligent sentient beings. The extention of the worlds' liberation path on Planet Earth, the very path the Japanese Fascist Military fought so hard to destroy, and reconquer.

In point of truth this behaviour of impulsive compressive unjust action is directly related to Imperialist Japan's grotesque slaughter of millions of peoples, and the ecological organic web-of-life in the far east during the second world war. We witnessed the foul war criminal treatment of the Canadian POW'S as Fascist Japan did to all the POW's. That practice is not ancient history.

The whales need sanctuary says the democracy of the worlds majority. When will the Japanese Government start living up to its own constitution, and refuse to maintain all war potential. Article 9 says the Japanese people vow to the world they will hence forward Renouce War and all belligerence of state, promising further never to maintain air, land, or sea vehicles of war.

The Cetacean Death Star, which leads the Japanese Whaling Fleet is a ship of war potential, and makes actual war of annihilation on protected whales. Japan needs to wake up and begin to join the countries of the world that show liberation rather than reconquest by war making technology.

The comment that Sea Shepherd does not know the English Language, and ought to learn Japanese liability of fines, is not what is required by nature, and definitely not close to truthful lingo, but false in everyway and belligerent on top of it all. I believe that an injunction will be issued against Japan for violating international treaties which they are signatories too. Additionally, Sea Shepherd should be able to bring about requests for compensation for the devastation of the Ady Gil. Although the Ady Gil was not technically owned by SSCS. It will also be interesting to see Japan turn over documents being requested and available through the court system to get to the bottom of the millions of dollars of Tsunami relief funds being used by the poachers to kill the whales in the sSouthern Ocean Whale Sanctuary."

For what you think will be interesting the SSCS would have to sue the ICR. Nothing you talk about is germane to the ICR case and thus isn't discoverable. If Japan is in violation of laws or treaties, it would not give the SSCS the right to break laws, so whether the Japanese are or aren't in violation isn't discoverable. This also means no injuction since the issue that might lead to an injuction isn't before the court.

To seek compensation for the Ady Gil, again the SSCS would have to sue the ICR. So that issue is off the table.

And finally the Japanese government funds for rebuilding businesses and infrastructure in the affected areas isn't at issue either. And since it is Japanese tax money the SSCS wouldn't have standing to even file a lawsuit on the issue.
