The California Public Utilities Commission is tasked with ensuring safe, reasonable, and reliable utility services for the people of California.

Unfortunately this Commission has sat idly by while utility greed has led to: preventable deaths and an entire neighborhood being obliterated in San Bruno, nuclear reactors continuing to operate and risk meltdown from being sited on earthquake faults, an active weather modification program by PG&E and other utilities, huge greenhouse gas emissions from power generation plants, a disastrous 'smart' meter program that has sickened thousands of Californians, violated our privacy, overcharged us, and now are seeking approval for an extortionate 'opt out' plan that charges us to avoid wireless radiation- what the WHO considers a Class 2B carcinogen.

Michael Peevey- a former CEO of the Southern California Edison energy company- continues to serve as the President of the CPUC at Gov. Brown's pleasure. It is well known that the CPUC has been corrupt, and in bed with the utilities for many years.

We the 99% have had enough. It's time to take back our state agencies from corporate control. Come and speak out at the CPUC- you must arrive by 9am in order to sign up to speak at the front table.

Bring a tent and stay a while...
