AM programming undermines KPFA fund drive; KFCF returns arts programming cancelled by KPFA

We have all heard more than enough from this government operation known variously as KPFAworker or SaveKPFA. They are always lies. This one attempts to promote privatization of KPFA by favoring various programs. NO WHERE DOES THE HATE PACIFICA GANG PROMOTE THIS HISTORICAL MOMENT: A GENERAL STRIKE IN THE UNITED STATES. The Hate Pacifica Gang is clearly not interested in furthering the needs and interests of the workingclass, but instead promote the reactionary agenda of the capitalist class. The Occupy movement promotes unity of the workingclass; the Hate Pacifica Gang promotes division. Divide and conquest is the capitalist means of maximizing profits. We have had enough of the Hate Pacifica Gang.

As apologists for the mis-managers of KPFA, I suspect that YOU are truly the "Hate Pacifica" Group you revile!

Just another false flag operation!

KPFA sounds better than ever now that we have a good general manager, Andrew Phillips. It is extraordinary that any money can be raised for a charity in these hard times, much less $720,000. Clearly the Hate Pacifica Gang lives such comfortable lives that they have no concept of the massive poverty that exists among the majority of Americans, who by any definition are poor. One good definition is that 50% of Americans cannot provide $2,000 for a medical emergency within 30 days. Perhaps that is because they are clearly a government operation to destroy Pacifica, the reason they come up with these lies, and right when everyone is focused on the best anti-capitalist movement yet, the Occupy movement. After all, their leading light is former programmer and former editor of the CIA publication, Paris Review, namely Larry Bensky. So can somebody please explain why KPFA came up $90,000 short of goal in their spring 2010 fund drive? I thought that with the old Morning Show on the air they jumped over fund drive goals with the greatest of ease and would in fact have ringed 800K and more?

Except they didn't. They still came up short. By a larger amount. On a smaller goal.

Which means all this screaming has nothing to do with reality.

You can't save anything if all you have on offer is a tissue of lies and distortion. That's all there is from the savekpfa and kpfaworker.org crowds.

That is how they lost a million dollars in two years. Making stuff up.

KPFA needs better than that.

If last year's fall fund drive finished with $750,000 in pledges and this year's fall fund drive finished with $720,000 in pledges and the costs of having two paid hosts and two paid producers on an AM Morning show was $200,000 more last year than this year:

Then common sense indicates this year's fall fund drive nets more income after expenses than last year's.

If everything's about money (of course it shouldn't be), but simply in those terms, did that often embarrassingly tired sunday night drama show that is at least replaced with an ATTEMPT at something fresh bring in anything ever?
