The second is from the Black is Back (BIB) Coalition for Socialist Justice, Peace and Reparations' October 19, 2011 press conference in Philadelphia, in which several leaders of BIB stood at the U.S. "Independence Hall" to announce the organization's planned November 5th March and Conference in Philadelphia.
