The police moved in on the San Jose Occupation in front of City Hall last night.
8 police vehicles arrived in the middle of the night (Sunday night). Police told people to pack up and some moved out of their sight. One person was cited under a no-camping ordinance and given a ticket but bravely chose to remain. As of this afternoon he was still at the encampment.
