San Jose City Hall Occupiers Await Arrest in Wee Hours
About 100 occupiers were on the corner in front of City Hall at 11:30pm Oct 7th.
As of 3:30 am Oct 8th, SJPD, who served the demonstrators notice that they would be arrested if they camped Friday night into Saturday morning, were not yet on the scene (according to Occupy San Jose's twitter feed).
Demonstrators took over the intersection of Santa Clara and 4th street. Earlier in the week they had received notice that they would be arrested if they continued to camp out.
Photos taken between 7:30p and 11:30pm Oct 7th.
Some photos have been slightly altered to protect demonstrators' identities.

...was held to discuss legal rights and what to do if arrested
Happy to be there
